After all his appeals were exausted, Fido ends up serving time. Here he is seen getting his “mutt shot”. He is about to start his five year sentence…..in dog years that is…
Aliases: Fido, Spot, Sniggles, Foofie, Stinky, Mr. Wigglesworth and Jenny.
Charged with public urination on government property, namely, the red fire hydrant on the SE corner of Main St. and Broad.
Convict is a repeat offender with a history of urination and public displays of affection including the Arbor Branch of the Public Library, the Precinct #14 Fire Station, the Delitown wiener factory and attacking postal carrier Smith Wesson (carrier #136).
Court date is set for 2008-06-02 at 13:00. Judge Kel Tech has denied bail.
