#27: Never Give Up
“Wait for me!!”
Hurdles: you’re doing it wrong.
“I can’t believe those guys forgot to know theirs down.”
“I can’t believe those guys forgot to knock theirs down.”
Though johnny was the only one competing in the 10 mile race, he thought it was a little insensitive to setup the hurdles in the middle of his event.
Memo to self: Do not eat a cheesesteak and fries before a race…(huff).
I should have never practiced on those bumper stops for this race.
“Come on Jake!! You can do it, three more to go, three more to go!!”
His red hot focus never once veered off into the thoughts of “Why aren’t the rest of the guys knocking theirs down.” Jake’s sole mission was to take out whatever was in his way. And so far he was doing a damn fine job of it. “Three more to go!”
“Ouch. Dang it.”
“Ouch. Dang it.”
“Ouch. Dang it.”
“Ouch. Dang it….”
